MHC-EC 2025 Hunter/Jumper Steward Clinic

For those attendees interested in attending the Brandon Winter Fair Hunter Jumper Show there will be Pony Measurements the next day on March 30th.

Upgrading evaluation days will also be offered on Sunday and Monday for those wishing to have evaluations completed for promotion to Recorded or Senior Hunter Jumper Stewards. Space is limited to four attendees-first come, first serve.

MHC requires 6 participants minimum to run this event.

EC Officials Education Program

Dressage and Para-Dressage Steward Virtual Clinic

1 and 8 February 2024 (2 DAYS)

Successful completion of this virtual clinic is required as part of the Dressage Steward maintenance and promotion requirements. Attendees must participate in the virtual clinic in its entirety and achieve a passing grade on the exam to receive clinic credit. The deadline to register online for the clinic is 17 January 2024.

Open to EC Licensed Senior, Medium, Basic, and Learner Dressage and Para-Dressage Stewards and applicants.

A detailed schedule will be sent to registered participants after the registration deadline.

10:00am - 2:00pm ET both days

Attendance

·       Attendance is limited for each session and availability is on a first come, first served basis. Please complete the online registration in advance of the deadline.

·       If you are using this clinic for promotion, be sure to advise EC Officials department upon registration.

·       Emails will be sent to registered participants after the registration deadline with schedule and links.

·       Attendance is taken at the beginning of each session.

·       All sessions must be attended in their entirety to receive clinic credit.

Please dress professionally and appropriately.

Fees

$175 - online registration completed on or before 17 January 2024

Refund

If a participant is unable to attend a clinic and notifies Equestrian Canada, Officials Coordinator of withdrawal in writing at least 14 days prior to the start of clinic, 50% of the clinic fee will be refunded. If a participant withdraws from a clinic and is replaced from a waitlist, a full refund will be provided minus a $25 processing fee. If a participant withdraws from the clinic with less than 14 days’ notice, the clinic fee is non-refundable regardless of waitlist status.
