Virtual and in-person EC Stewards Clinics.

 

Successful completion of this virtual or in-person clinic is required as part of the EC Officials maintenance and promotion requirements. Attendees must participate in the clinic in its entirety and achieve a passing grade on the exam to receive clinic credit.

Dressage/Para-Dressage Steward Clinic – Virtual

7 and 14 FEBRUARY 2026 (2 DAYS)

 

Successful completion of this officials’ clinic is required as part of the Dressage/Para-Dressage Steward promotion and maintenance requirements. Attendees must participate in the clinic in its entirety to receive clinic credit (both days).

Participant Profile

Open to EC licensed Dressage/Para-Dressage Stewards, applicant Dressage/Para-Dressage Stewards, coaches and anyone interested in learning about stewarding Dressage/Para-Dressage competitions.

Saturday 7 February: 10:00am - 2:00pm ET

Saturday 14 February: 10:00am - 2:00pm ET

 

Registration and Attendance

·       Registration for this clinic is on a first come, first served basis. Please complete the online registration in advance of the deadline.

·       Additional information will be sent to registered participants via email after the registration deadline.

·       Attendance is taken at the beginning of each day.

·       All clinic days must be attended in their entirety to receive full credit.

Please dress professionally and appropriately.

 

Fees

$175.00 CAD

 

Refund

If a participant is unable to attend a clinic and notifies Equestrian Canada, Officials Coordinator of withdrawal in writing at least 14 days prior to the start of clinic, 50% of the clinic fee will be refunded. If a participant withdraws from a clinic and is replaced from a waitlist, a full refund will be provided minus a $25 processing fee. If a participant withdraws from the clinic with less than 14 days’ notice, the clinic fee is non-refundable regardless of waitlist status.
