Hunter Judge Clinic – In Person

TUESDAY 16 September 2025 (1 DAY)

Successful completion of this officials’ clinic is required as part of the Hunter Judge promotion and maintenance requirements. Attendees must participate in the clinic in its entirety to receive clinic credit. The deadline to register online for the clinic is 1 September 2025.

·       Registration for this clinic is on a first come, first served basis. Please complete the online registration in advance of the deadline.

·       If you are using this clinic for promotion, be sure to advise EC Officials department upon registration.

·       Emails will be sent to registered participants after the registration deadline with further information and links.

·       The clinic must be attended in its entirety to receive full credit.

Please dress professionally and appropriately.

Fees

$200.00 CAD

Refund

If a participant is unable to attend a clinic and notifies Equestrian Canada, Officials Coordinator of withdrawal in writing at least 14 days prior to the start of clinic, 50% of the clinic fee will be refunded. If a participant withdraws from a clinic and is replaced from a waitlist, a full refund will be provided minus a $25 processing fee. If a participant withdraws from the clinic with less than 14 days’ notice, the clinic fee is non-refundable regardless of waitlist status.

EC Officials Education Program

Jumper Judge Clinic – Virtual

8-9 November 2025 (2 DAYS)

Successful completion of this officials’ clinic is required as part of the Jumper Judge promotion and maintenance requirements. Attendees must participate in the clinic in its entirety to receive clinic credit (both days). The deadline to register online for the clinic is 24 October 2025.
